- Our company originally focused on two main areas of business: event production and creative production (websites, logos, videos, signs, etc.), but after learning that almost all booths were dismantled and discarded after exhibitions, we launched the new "Re: Booth" business, which allows for reuse.
- Last year, while working to acquire customers, we took advantage of Osaka Prefecture's "New Business Development Program," and I think it was at that time that we met someone from the Osaka Business Development Agency, which I believe was the connection that led to the order. A while after registering with "Mozuyan Mall," which was introduced to us, we received information that Yemen was looking for a company to make commercial booths.
- Although we were worried about the language aspect, we used our network to find a partner and encouraged local people to negotiate. The design presented at the beginning was quite high-spec, but we made the most of our know-how in booth production to propose an estimate. There were other proposers, but I heard that the deciding factor for the order was that we could offer a lower cost than others. We were able to create an exhibition booth at a low cost, which we had cultivated through "Re: Booth." We believe that our strengths were recognized.
- After that, Zimbabwe saw "Mozuyan Mall" and made a direct inquiry. The work involved the production of commercial booths, just like in Yemen. The construction schedule in both countries fell significantly behind schedule, but based on our track record of receiving orders to date, we were able to complete the booths in the short time before the opening.
- We are frankly pleased that we were able to promote our company's technical capabilities at the Expo.
We plan to use this experience as a springboard to continue expanding our business in the future.
